On December 16, 2023, PASAR and its partners hosted the first-ever Malasakit activity for senior citizens in Isabel, offering free health services, food, and hygiene essentials. The event, which honored the elderly, was filled with gratitude and care, with plans to make it a regular initiative.

In December 2023, PASAR Foundation’s MALASAKIT Gift-Giving brought joy to 112 children in Monte-Alegre, thanks to donations from 274 PASAR employees. The event provided food, toys, and school supplies, spreading holiday cheer and reinforcing the spirit of community and compassion.

In November 2023, the PASAR Foundation and DepEd Leyte held a successful English Fair under the LIMES program, engaging over 600 students from Isabel's public schools. The two-day event featured activities like spelling bees, quiz competitions, and speech chorals to boost literacy skills. With support from 150 teachers, the event highlighted the importance of academic excellence and English proficiency for local students.

The CBTHEO program in Isabel, Leyte, celebrated the graduation of 25 trainees, including two women, from its Batch 5 Forklift Training in November 2023. The program, aimed at boosting employability, provided essential skills in forklift operation and safety. PASAR and PASAR Foundation praised the graduates for their dedication, highlighting the success of the initiative in creating new job opportunities and fostering community growth.

PASAR Foundation is conducting home visits and parent interviews for 25 female applicants to select trainees for its 12-month vocational skills program. This process ensures the candidates are committed and supported, empowering women with skills for better future opportunities.
