PASAR celebrates the success of 20 dump truck operators and 10 wheel loader operators who passed the TESDA National Skills Assessment in July. Twenty-three female trainees began their five-month on-the-job training at PASAR in July 2024 as part of an 11-month vocational program. The training focuses on developing industry-specific skills through hands-on experience across various trades. With guidance from PASAR’s mentors, the trainees are excited to learn in a real-world industrial setting, building the foundation for successful careers in the industry.

PASAR Foundation partners with VSU to provide on-the-job training for BS Mechanical Engineering and BS Chemistry students, offering them hands-on experience at PASAR facilities to boost their career readiness.

PASAR launched its Special Summer Employment Program for 15 college students on July 7, 2024. The 30-day initiative provides hands-on experience in clerical tasks across PASAR departments, allowing students to earn income while developing valuable workplace skills. This program helps students financially and offers a glimpse into PASAR’s operations and culture.
