PASAR Foundation and LIDE Learning Center have partnered to offer 41 senior high students a 10-15 day work immersion at PASAR starting March 11, 2024. The students, from the General Academic and STEM strands, will gain hands-on experience in various company operations, bridging academic learning with real-world industry exposure.

The third batch of PASAR Foundation's Dump Truck Training under the CBTHEO program began in March 2024, with 15 youth trainees, including two women. The program aims to equip participants with industry-standard skills, promoting inclusivity and empowering youth, especially women, in traditionally male-dominated roles. This initiative highlights PASAR’s commitment to creating sustainable career opportunities and advancing gender diversity in the workforce.

PASAR Foundation proudly congratulates its six scholars for excelling in the February 2024 Area Schools Press Conference. They earned top awards in radio broadcasting, news writing, photojournalism, and TV newscasting, showcasing their talent. These future media professionals will compete in the Division Schools Press Conference in March 2024.

In February 2024, PASAR Foundation partnered with Matlang National High School to offer 32 senior high students a 10-day work immersion program. The students, from various academic strands, will gain hands-on experience in 11 PASAR departments, bridging classroom learning with real-world industry exposure and preparing them for future careers.

In February 2024, 23 female trainees from Isabel and Palompon completed their Shielded Metal Arc Welding training at KEITECH Institute. Supported by PASAR Foundation, the 11-month program empowers young women with technical skills for high-demand sectors, promoting inclusive workforce development and greater employability in traditionally male-dominated fields.
