Three PASAR Foundation scholars—Angelica Teves, Elanie Castillano, and Lovelyn Bregildo—overcame immense challenges to graduate despite the struggles brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. Teves and Castillano, both Mechanical Engineering graduates, and Bregildo, a Cum Laude graduate in Education, shared how the foundation's support helped them through financial difficulties and the disruptions caused by the pandemic.
