23 Female Trainees Complete Shielded Metal Arc Welding Training at KEITECH Institute

Twenty-three female trainees from Isabel and Palompon municipalities have effectively started their Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) training at KEITECH Institute this February 2024, a key component of the 11-month vocational skills training program supported by PASAR Foundation. This initiative aims to equip new high school graduates with industry-aligned technical skills, fostering greater employability in high-demand sectors. The program underscores PASAR Foundation's commitment to empowering young individuals, particularly women, by providing them with opportunities to excel in traditionally male-dominated fields, thereby contributing to inclusive workforce development and economic progress.
