Commenced in the second week of March, the third batch of Dump Truck Training under PASAR Foundation's Community-Based Training for Heavy Equipment Operators (CBTHEO) program is currently underway featuring 15 youth trainees, including two women aspiring to excel in heavy equipment operation. The program is designed to develop competent and motivated operators equipped with industry-standard skills, fostering inclusivity and empowerment in traditionally male-dominated roles. This ongoing initiative underscores PASAR Foundation's commitment to providing sustainable career opportunities for local youth and advancing gender diversity in the workforce.
