Female Trainees Begin On-the-Job Training at PASAR

Twenty-three female trainees embarked on a transformative journey as they started this July 2024 their five-month on-the-job training at PASAR, a key phase of the company’s 11-month vocational skills training program. Designed to build industry-aligned skills, the program equips the trainees with practical experience and technical knowledge in various trades essential to PASAR’s operations.

On their first day, the trainees were warmly welcomed by PASAR’s mentors and supervisors, who emphasized the importance of safety, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence. Excited yet determined, the trainees expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to learn in a real-world industrial environment.
