PASAR recently held a culmination activity for five senior BS Metallurgical Engineering students from MSU-IIT who completed a 360-hour on-the-job training at PASAR’s copper smelter and refinery plant. The students gained hands-on experience in smelting, refining, quality control, and more, equipping them for future careers. PASAR continues to support industry-academic collaboration, shaping the next generation of metallurgical professionals.

PASAR Foundation is conducting Batch 4 of its Forklift Operator Training for local youth under the Community-Based Training for Heavy Equipment Operators program. With nine participants, including two women, the training focuses on forklift operation, safety, and machine maintenance. This initiative aims to equip youth with valuable skills, boost employability, and create career opportunities in various sectors. PASAR Foundation continues its commitment to empowering local communities through workforce development and sustainable growth.
