On-The-Job Training

The OJT is a program to help college and vocational students, especially employee dependents, comply with the requirements of the course. The students are given opportunity to be in the actual workplace to observe and apply what they learn from the school for a limited period of time. 

The purpose of the program is to help schools produce competent graduates for the future workforce of the company in particular and the country in general. The objectives of the program are as follows:

1. To provide avenue for the students to comply with the work immersion requirements of their courses.
2. To give the youth first-hand experience of the real world of work; and,
3. To allow the youth to know PASAR as a manufacturing company and a good corporate citizen of Isabel, Leyte and the Philippines.
