SKILLS, JOBS AND PRODUCTION: CBTHEO PROJECT SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDED

The successful implementation of the community-based training program for heavy equipment operators marked a significant achievement for both the trainees and the company. A total of 129 graduates—115 males and 14 females in 8 training batches—completed the rigorous training, where they gained essential skills in operating a range of heavy equipment, including forklifts, dump trucks, hydraulic excavators and wheel loaders. This initiative was designed to equip participants with the practical competencies required to thrive in the construction and heavy equipment industry. Through hands-on experience and expert instruction, the graduates not only mastered the operation of these critical machines but also demonstrated exceptional dedication to learning.

Following the completion of the training, all 129 graduates were successfully integrated into the company’s mobile operations as certified heavy equipment operators. This transition from training to employment highlights the program’s effectiveness in bridging the gap between education and real-world job opportunities.
