Self-Discovery and Leadership Activity with PFI Scholars

On July 25, forty-five PFI scholars participated in a transformative self-discovery and leadership activity at IMO Beach, Merida, Leyte. The event aimed at fostering both personal and collective growth, including a crucial mental health session to highlight holistic well-being.

Activities such as role-playing, group sharing, and problem-solving tasks helped scholars understand their personalities, enhance communication skills, and build confidence. The mental health session provided a safe space for open discussions and included mindfulness exercises to support well-being amidst academic pressures.

The Foundation is committed to holistic development, focusing on both personal and interpersonal growth to prepare scholars for balanced lives.
