PASAR and PASAR Foundation Incorporated turned over the handwashing facility to Bilwang Elementary School on March 30, 2021 at Bilwang Elementary School Grounds. This project is under the COVID-19 Response Program that aims to provide schools in Isabel with handwashing facility that would ensure the practice of proper handwashing of pupils as one of the safety protocols as the schools prepare for the resumption of classes. Twenty-five hand-washing facilities designed by Engineering and Projects Team were donated by PFI to 25 public schools in Isabel. Also present during the turnover activity were PFI President Ann M. Asupan, District II Supervisor Renante M. Pancho, , Security Superintendent Randel V. Loon, PFI Executive Director Ruben P. Cajigas, Bilwang ES Principal Lucille J. Chavez and other teachers and staff.
