PASAR Foundation, Inc. Successfully Holds Annual Board Meeting

Isabel, Leyte –  The PASAR Foundation, Inc. successfully conducted its annual regular board meeting in December 2023, utilizing both face-to-face and virtual communication to ensure the participation of all trustees.

The hybrid meeting format allowed for a smooth and efficient discussion of key foundation initiatives, financial updates, and future plans. Trustees who attended in person gathered at PASAR’s Main Conference while others joined virtually, ensuring inclusivity and seamless collaboration.

The board reaffirmed its commitment to advancing the foundation’s programs, particularly in education, skills and livelihood towards improving people’s lives. The meeting concluded with a shared vision for 2024, emphasizing continued support for local communities and partnerships that drive positive change.
