20 Youths Complete Dump Truck Operators Training Under PASAR Foundation’s CBTHEO Program

Twenty young individuals have successfully completed the 25-day Dump Truck Operators Training in January 13, 2024 under the PASAR Foundation's Community-Based Training for Heavy Equipment Operators program. The comprehensive training, designed to equip participants with essential skills for heavy equipment operation, culminated in all trainees passing the skills assessment. This milestone paves the way for their onboarding as new contractual dump truck operators at PASAR, reflecting the program’s commitment to empowering local communities with sustainable livelihood opportunities.
