The members of Area-Based Standards Network Cluster 2 (ABSNET 2) successfully held their third quarter meeting on Oct 2024, fostering collaboration and strengthening social welfare initiatives. The event took place at Rosemary's Home of Hope in Barangay Hiluctugan, Kananga, with representatives from 10 social welfare agencies actively participating. Ms. Carmela Budlong, projects coordinator of PASAR Foundation, Inc. attended the meeting.
