MALASAKIT PROGRAM

Malasakit program initiated by PASAR Foundation Inc. is an annual activity conducted during Christmas season that provides PASAR employees the vehicle to give back to the local communities. The purpose of this annual activity is to encourage the poor children to continue to attend school and participate in classes despite their difficult economic conditions. Recognizing the lack of school supplies as one hindrance to attendance and participation of students in school, these poor in-school children will receive adequate school supplies, shirts, slippers, food and toys donated by PASAR employees. This program is a way for the kindhearted PASAR employees to share their blessings especially in the upland schools of the municipality. This is also one way of the company to help the communities in and around the plant.
