The Community-Based Training for Heavy Equipment Operators (CB-THEO) program aims to provide training specialized in heavy equipment operations. 

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• At least High School graduate; ALS Completer is also accepted
• Driver's License Holder with restriction of at least Code 2 or B2
• Physically fit

Requirements:

• Application Letter
• Biodata
• Barangay Clearance/ Police Clearance/ NBI Clearance (any 2)
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate
• Photocopy of Diploma or TOR
• Photocopy of Driver’s License
• 2pcs 2x2 Photo ID
